With premises much like Clear and Present Danger (Danger, by Tom Clancy novel "inspired" the film Harrison Ford), namely that the POTUS (the real Obama in this case) gets angry when you die the grandson of one of his servants by overdose, and decides to end the cocaine trade to the U.S. and Europe. Just as it sounds.
evil thing looks like a typical Tom Clancy, but very well planned, or so, it would be theoretically possible to do what Forsyth said if an American president had the balls to do (not what you wakefulness), and it would be a mortal blow to the Colombian cartels (although Bolivia and Peru synthesized 30% of basic coca paste, the white powder coming out of Colombia, the book is full of useful information, and it is noted that Frederick Forsyth has done his homework, reading and at least l UN report, very comprehensive and easy to download ).
